WILLIAM EDMUNDSON
William has been an experienced leader in the flexible workplace industry since 2010. He is Senior Vice President of the Workspace Channel and has served as President & CEO of Abby Executive Suites, Chief Operating Officer of Office Evolution and strategic consultant to the coworking, hospitality and other service and franchised industries. He is a Board Advisor, previous Board Member, President, and Executive Director of the Global Workspace Association (GWA).
William is known for leading service and franchise organizations and has launched and led brands, turned-around companies and built amazing teams. During his career, he has repeatedly produced double-digit growth in sales, revenue, and EBITDA; reversed multi-year same-store declines; and achieved record customer satisfaction scores. He has received recognition from the Workspace Association of New York; JD Power & Associates, Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and many other organizations. He has held board positions in the workspace and hospitality industries and various community boards. William’s goal is to lead workspaces into the future with iWorkSpaceMail.
RICHARD GANDON
“Helping workspaces make more money while saving time by reclaiming ‘stolen time.’” Richard is a trusted advisor who has worked with coworking owners and operators, helping them add recurring revenue streams and upgrade the member experience since 2019. Previously working at companies including Dale Carnegie and S&P Global ratings, he developed a strong background in consultative sales, training and coaching, interpersonal skills, and instructional design. He is an award-winning sales, marketing, communications, and training professional with 20+ years of effective management, leadership, and organizational development experience. Richard has diverse experience in internal and external messaging, social media planning and engagement, media and community relations, radio, photography, and multimedia production.
WENDY BELASCO
“Your success is my success. I appreciate getting to know our partners and helping them grow their digital mail business.” Wendy joined iPostal1 in January of 2021. Her 25+ years of managing successful teams was integral as she was quickly promoted to the Store Support Team Manager of our iPostal1 division. There, she tripled the size of the support team and helped develop many operational methods that directly aided our partners. She was recently promoted to the newly formed position of Performance Support Manager and joined the iWorkSpaceMail team in May 2023. Wendy’s focuses are assisting locations in building their revenue growth by leveraging our technology, and developing the iWorkSpaceMail team to ensure our partners are extensively supported as they continue to expand their digital mail opportunities.
MCKENNA YODER
McKenna has been working within the coworking industry since 2018. Before joining iWorkSpaceMail with iPostal1 as Director of Business Development, she contributed to community development and business growth efforts for a coworking management SaaS company. Now, McKenna brings her industry knowledge, background, and expertise to aid in the success of workspace operators by helping them increase their revenue and membership offerings with best-in-class digital mailbox technology for virtual and coworking members.
BARRY GESSERMAN
Barry is the Executive Vice President of B2B Marketing. He is responsible for marketing and business development for the company’s Digital Mailbox service. Previously, Barry served in a variety of leadership roles at The Campbell Soup Company in brand management, business development and logistics. Barry received his MBA from The University of Michigan.
MIRIAM DARBY
Miriam joined the iPostal1 marketing team in 2021 and was promoted to Marketing Manager of B2B Verticals. She manages trade shows and events, social media presence, web and email content design, marketing materials, and developing systems to increase productivity. Miriam’s degree in Hospitality reflects her passion for finding ways to enhance partner relationships and values the opportunity to aid in the growth of iWorkSpaceMail.
